About the Broker

After graduating from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Real Estate in 1973, E. John Sweetland III joined Grubb & Ellis Commercial Real Estate Company in Phoenix, one of the largest commercial brokerages in the nation. John spent a majority of his time leasing multi-unit industrial warehouse space, coordinating industrial Build-to-suits and marketing of industrial land. John has 37 years experience in warehouse leasing, industrial land sales, build-to-suit coordination, consultation of new major industrial developments, land planning and advising architects on industrial building features.
